The Community Action Center is celebrating its 20th year as the primary emergency assistance agency serving Dunwoody and Sandy Springs, with a very special Vintage Affair fundraising event.

With a Roaring 20's theme to mark the anniversary, the 5th annual Vintage Affair, on Saturday, September 29, will feature a seated dinner and live auction hosted by Joey Mayson at Glenridge Hall, a beautiful historic1920's mansion in Sandy Springs.

Dinner with wine pairings will be catered by the finest local restaurants and exclusive items such as vacation and event packages will be auctioned by the talented and funny Rob Cleveland.  A special CAC video, music and raffle will round out the evening.

All proceeds will go to help people in our community who need temporary financial assistance, to prevent homelessness and ensure the ongoing financial strength of CAC.

The CAC is grateful to presenting sponsor Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation and corporate sponsors CH2MHill, Willamette Management Associates, Purchasing Alliance Solutions, Church's Chicken and Talent Builders. The CAC thanks these and other community leaders who support the CAC, including Sewell Appliances and KitchenAid who are once again lead auction donors for the event.

The 2006 Vintage Affair raised more than $65,000 and the Steering Committee hopes to exceed that amount this year.

Seating for the special 5th annual Vintage Affair is limited. Become a corporate sponsor or host committee member to reserve your seats for the dinner and auction. For more information call Brian McDonald, Development Director, CAC, at 404-754-7717 or development@ourcac.org.
